Team work
Be able to contribute to the setting of the team and individual goals.
1.1. Identify the team's goals.
Our goal as a team is to work together to create a short group film based on zombies 5-7 minutes long. Each person will have a pre-production role to contribute to the team.

1.2. Describe the process involved in planning and deciding the team's goals.
In the beginning individually we had to pitch movie ideas in order or us all to come together to pick one film to work on as a team after the pitches were done, we ended up using James' idea. We then sat together and had to come up with individual roles to contribute to the film either pre production or both post production/pre-production.

2 Understand own and others' responsibilities in achieving the teams goals.
2.1. organise own activities effectively within the agreed goals of the team.
My role and responsibilities is to design the zombie look and i will be over seeing the actors to ensure they are able to collect their required costumes. I also have to practice the make up continuously before the production and take pictures for continuity purpose.

4.1. Feedback
on own actions in relation to the overall team activities
During production I was responsible for makeup and I think I contributed greatly as I did the makeup when it was needed and I was able to apply makeup to the actors whenever and where ever we were. It was a little difficult working in a group because I was working with people I normally didn't work with and communication was sometimes difficult due to directors not knowing what scenes they were gonna film and which actors they wanted in the shots. The first time we went out I created a zombie look on Daniel as I was told he was gonna be in a scene but that never happened. This was resolved the week after when the directors were prepared and knew what scenes they wanted to film and who they wanted in the shots.

4.2. Describe
different team members’ contributions
There was a lack of communication between the directors and the camera men and actors which made the filming very difficult because things weren't planned to make the filming easier which kind of slowed down production and caused a little conflict in the group because on the first day of production the actors were sitting around not doing anything while location scout and directors were looking for places to film and what scenes to film. This happened because there was a lack of preparation from the directors before we went out to film. The second time we went out to film on Wednesday 15th May the directors took control and planned out what was supposed to happen which made things very easy leading to us getting a lot of filming done unlike the first time we went out.
Working as a group was difficult I don't think some of the team members understood that there would be a lot of communication involved with the roles that they picked.
